Role Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role where you will assist in managing influencer campaigns, coordinating with creators, and supporting end-to-end campaign execution. You will work closely with internal teams and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Conduct influencer research, identification, and outreach based on campaign requirements
- Coordinate with creators and internal teams for timely campaign execution
- Support brand partnerships by understanding campaign goals and assisting in content strategy
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Manage influencer communication, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Ensure content quality and adherence to brand guidelines
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
