About the Role
Ashwat Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Intern who wants to build practical experience in Search Engine Optimization. The candidate will work on live websites and client projects while learning both On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings and website content
- Assist with internal linking and URL optimization
- Identify basic technical and on-page SEO issues
- Perform backlink research and link-building activities
- Work on business listings, citations and profile creation
- Assist with guest-post and backlink outreach
- Support Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly SEO reports
- Work with the content and website teams on SEO improvements
Skills We Are Looking For
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing
- Understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO
- Basic knowledge of Google Search and keywords
- Good internet research skills
- Basic written English communication
- Willingness to learn SEO tools and techniques
- Familiarity with WordPress will be an advantage
Freshers and students with basic SEO knowledge are welcome to apply.
What You Will Learn
You will get hands-on exposure to live SEO projects, including keyword research, website optimization, backlinks, Local SEO, competitor research and SEO reporting.
Stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000/month depending on knowledge and performance.
