Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency and be capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams including Social Media, Design, Performance Marketing, and Content.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Conduct regular client meetings, review calls, and project discussions.
- Coordinate campaign planning, content calendars, approvals, and execution timelines.
- Track project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Maintain project documentation, MOMs, and communication records.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Advertising.
Preferred Industry - Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Media Agency.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
