ROLE OVERVIEW
QeWebby is a WordPress-specialist web agency and B2B service provider, expanding its global sales presence. We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive for a UK-aligned shift.
The role involves identifying businesses that need WordPress solutions, building relationships, and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should follow a consultative B2B sales approach and understand how digital agencies deliver value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and research B2B prospects needing WordPress websites, WooCommerce stores, redesigns, or maintenance
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold emails, and lead generation channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business goals, pain points, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and prepare proposals
- Present tailored proposals, decks, and case studies
- Manage full sales cycle: outreach → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and follow-ups
- Identify upsell opportunities (retainers, maintenance contracts)
- Meet monthly & quarterly KPIs (leads, proposals, revenue)
- Track market trends, competitors, and WordPress ecosystem
- Apply consultative selling to drive revenue growth
RequirementsSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of B2B sales / business development experience (preferably agency)
- Strong English communication (calls, emails, meetings)
- Understanding of WordPress services (web dev, WooCommerce, redesign, retainers)
- Experience in outbound lead generation (LinkedIn, cold email)
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand and explain web project requirements
- Proposal creation and presentation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working UK shift
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience selling digital/web agency services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of retainer models and recurring revenue
- Knowledge of pricing models (fixed, T&M, retainers)
- Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io
- Experience with proposal tools
- Awareness of headless WordPress / enterprise offerings

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
