We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, cash flow, receivables, payables, MIS and statutory coordination across our manufacturing operations.
The role will work closely with the Finance Head and senior management to maintain accurate financial records, provide timely financial insights and ensure disciplined financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting in Tally.
- Handle receipts, payments, journal entries, bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable, including ageing, reconciliations, payment schedules and collection follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly cash-flow and fund requirement reports.
- Monitor bank balances, CC utilisation, loans and repayment schedules.
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Analyse customer/product profitability, costing, margins and expenses.
- Track Budget vs Actual, working capital and departmental expenses.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax, audits and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate payroll, reimbursements, employee advances and statutory deductions.
- Maintain finance-related data and reporting in Odoo ERP.
- Support inventory valuation, stock reconciliation and RM/packaging consumption analysis.
- Provide financial data and analysis to senior management for costing, negotiations, working capital and business decisions.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- B.Com required; M.Com / MBA preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, banking, reconciliations and MIS.
- Experience in costing, profitability analysis and cash-flow management.
- Odoo ERP experience is preferred or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and ownership.
- Ability to work independently and provide accurate information to senior management.
Preferred: Experience in Cosmetics / FMCG / Pharma / Manufacturing and CA Inter qualification.
Pay: ₹33,000.00 per month
