Role Summary
We are looking for a senior OutSystems ODC developer with strong hands-on experience in building enterprise applications and implementing AI-powered agentic solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with OutSystems ODC, Agent Workbench, Agent Builder, AI fundamentals, OpenAI models, and modern agentic AI concepts.
The candidate will work on building intelligent business applications, designing agentic workflows, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, and collaborating with architects, product owners, and business teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems ODC.
- Build and integrate AI agents using Agent Workbench and Agent Builder.
- Create agentic workflows that support automation, decision assistance, document processing, summarization, task execution, and user productivity.
- Work with OpenAI models, Codex, prompt engineering, AI instructions, and structured AI execution patterns.
- Design reusable AI components, prompts, skills, and instruction files such as skills.md.
- Integrate AI agents with business applications, APIs, databases, documents, and external systems.
- Collaborate with architects to define agent orchestration, grounding data, governance, security, and monitoring.
- Work with business and product teams to convert requirements into AI-enabled application features.
- Ensure applications follow enterprise standards for performance, security, scalability, auditability, and maintainability.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems ODC.
- Practical experience building applications using OutSystems architecture, entities, integrations, logic, UI, roles, security, and deployment concepts.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with Agent Workbench and Agent Builder.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including agents, tools, actions, orchestration, memory, grounding, reasoning, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Strong AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, model behavior, AI instructions, structured outputs, embeddings, RAG, and evaluation basics.
- Knowledge of OpenAI models, Codex, AI-assisted development, and agent-based application design.
- Experience creating AI instruction files, grounding data, reusable prompts, tool definitions, and skills documentation such as skills.md.
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications through APIs and connectors.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, role-based access, and secure integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
