Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, closing sales remotely, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations via phone or virtual meetings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
