Hiring: Technical Event Manager – Kolkata (Onsite)Job Title:Technical Event ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for a Technical Event Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and technical management of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AV systems, live streaming tools, event platforms, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless event delivery.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute all technical aspects of events including AV setup, live streaming, and virtual event platforms.
- Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and technical teams for smooth event operations.
- Manage pre-event testing, setup, and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
Technology & Equipment Management
- Handle AV equipment, sound systems, lighting, and digital event tools.
- Ensure smooth functioning of live streaming, recording, and broadcasting systems.
- Coordinate with IT and production teams during events.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with vendors, venue staff, and production teams to meet event requirements.
- Manage contracts for AV rentals, technical support, and event platforms.
- Align all stakeholders on technical event requirements.
Onsite & Remote Event Support
- Provide real-time technical support during events.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and streaming issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality event production and attendee experience.
Post-Event Reporting
- Conduct post-event reviews and technical analysis.
- Share reports on event performance, engagement, and analytics.
- Stay updated with latest event technologies and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical event management or AV production.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, live streaming tools, and event platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in real-time.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience with hybrid and virtual events is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AV technology, event production, or live streaming.
- Experience handling corporate events, webinars, or tech conferences.
- Knowledge of event analytics and reporting tools.

- Location: Kolkata Office (Near Salt Lake)
- Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
