About the Role
The Dental Bond Clinic is looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Social Media Intern to help us grow and manage our presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, is comfortable shooting videos on an iPhone, has a good eye for social media trends, and can turn ideas into engaging posts and videos. You will be involved in the entire content process — from planning and shooting to editing, designing, and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot short-form videos, reels, patient education content, behind-the-scenes content, and clinic-related content using an iPhone.
- Assist in planning and developing creative social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create social media posts, stories, carousels, and other graphics using Canva.
- Perform basic video editing for Reels, Shorts, and other social media videos.
- Add captions, text, music, transitions, and basic effects to videos.
- Manage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure posts are published on time.
- Keep up with current Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends and identify content ideas that could work for the clinic.
- Help brainstorm new ways to showcase the clinic, dentists, treatments, patient experiences, and educational dental content.
- Take initiative in identifying what content needs to be created rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
- Monitor basic engagement and performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistency in the clinic's visual style, tone, and brand communication.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Good communication skills and confidence interacting with dentists and the clinic team.
- Comfortable using an iPhone to shoot good-quality videos and photos.
- Basic knowledge of video editing — experience with CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using Canva to create professional-looking social media content.
- A good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of what makes content visually interesting and engaging.
- Strong initiative and ownership — someone who notices opportunities and acts on them without constantly needing to be told what to do.
- Organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content formats and social media trends.
Who Would Be a Good Fit?
We're looking for someone who is creative, energetic, curious, and self-driven.
You don't need to be an expert videographer or professional editor. What matters most is that you have a good eye for content, are comfortable getting behind the camera, can create clean and engaging social media posts, and are willing to learn.
