Role: Sales Manager (Conversion Specialist)

Role Overview
The Sales Manager is the central driver of revenue for Ayur Natural Herbals. Working with warm leads and inbound inquiries, this role is solely focused on converting prospective business clients into active buyers of our premium herbal extracts (including Ashwagandha, Moringa, Gymnema, and others). The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, organized, and meticulous with documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Closing: Take ownership of qualified leads. Engage with B2B buyers to understand their extract specifications, standardization needs, and volume requirements.
- Quotation Management: Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial quotations promptly. Negotiate pricing and terms to secure the final purchase order (PO).
- Excel Data & Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain a real-time, exhaustive daily record of all sales activities in the company’s Excel tracking system. Log all lead statuses, quotation values, follow-up timelines, and conversion metrics accurately to ensure management has up-to-date visibility.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact during the conversion phase. Facilitate the sharing of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) or samples when required to close the deal.
- Order Handoff: Seamlessly transition closed deals to the operations team for fulfillment out of the manufacturing facility, ensuring client expectations on delivery are clearly communicated.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, inside sales, or a dedicated closing role.
- Strong Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient in Excel for daily data entry, pipeline management, and maintaining structured sales records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting professional business emails and negotiating over the phone.
- Target-driven, structured, and capable of managing multiple client conversations simultaneously.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with the nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, or botanical ingredients industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
