- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and technical specifications.
- Automate repetitive test cases to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure that issues are resolved in future releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes, tools, and techniques.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden issues and edge cases.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company processes in the QA lifecycle.
- Provide clear and concise test reports, summarizing test results and issues.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with end-users to ensure quality standards are met.
