Work Experience- Minimum-1 Year in Tele sales.
Tele counselor guides clients, manages phone leads, and provides information. Core duties include conducting counseling calls, following up with prospects, and maintaining records
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients or students.
- Explain services, courses, pricing, or programs clearly.
- Listen to client needs and match them with proper solutions
