We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager with a strong background in franchise development and franchise sales from reputed chai café brands, tea café chains or QSR organizations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in expanding franchise networks, lead generation, franchise closures and partner relationship management within the café/QSR industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise sales and business expansion across India
- Identify and onboard potential franchise partners
- Handle end-to-end franchise sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and site evaluations
- Develop and execute franchise growth strategies
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and legal teams for franchise onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in café/QSR segment
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in franchise sales & business development
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of franchise models, expansion strategy, and retail operations
- Strong network within café/QSR/chai industry preferred
- Ability to travel for franchise meetings and market visits
- Target-driven and self-motivated professional
