We are hiring energetic Telecallers to communicate with customers, generate leads, explain company services, and schedule appointments. Freshers are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain call records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident speaking and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work with targets.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
