Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a customer service process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing correct information, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
● Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email as per process requirement
● Provide accurate information and support to customers
● Understand customer concerns and assist with suitable solutions
● Maintain customer records and update details properly
● Follow process guidelines and quality standards
● Coordinate with the team when required
● Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements:
● Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
● Minimum 12th pass candidates are eligible
● Basic computer knowledge required
● Average to good communication skills required
● Candidate should be willing to learn and follow process guidelines
