The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in designing and should be proficient in all basic and critical designing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Invision, and Adobe XD.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create design concepts for web and mobile applications. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and marketing.
- Translate product and business requirements into user-centric designs that deliver superior user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, process flows, and UI designs using standard design tools.
- Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and design pattern libraries.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts.
Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Figma, and Adobe XD.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work from the office, as remote work is not allowed.
- Ability to work independently and smart and should be self-motivated.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
