Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Manager to oversee the human resource functions of a hospitality group managing healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should be bold, smart, and capable of independently handling HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and statutory compliance in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
- Address employee grievances and foster positive employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
- Coordinate with department heads to meet staffing requirements
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bold, smart, and confident personality with strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle HR operations independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred
- MBA/MSW in HR or an equivalent qualification is preferred
