Job Summary
Baked Cakes and Pastries is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Sales Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, handling billing, and ensuring excellent customer service at the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
- Explain products, offers, and promotions to customers
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of cakes, pastries, and bakery products
- Ensure shelves and counters are properly stocked
- Support daily store operations and teamwork
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely
- Achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
