We want a Purchase Manager for Government Building Projects is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials for construction projects while ensuring compliance with government procurement rules, contract conditions, and budget requirements.
Experience: 4-5 years experience in purchase for Govt. building construction. Experience handling government building projects, public works, institutional buildings, hospitals, educational facilities, or infrastructure projects.
Prior experience needed especially with central/state government projects. Departments (like CPWD, NBCC, NPCC, RAILWAYS, MES, HIDCO, HUDCO etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, electrical items, plumbing materials, finishing materials.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, audit requirements, and statutory provisions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain an approved vendor database.
Salary- 15,000-40,000/ month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
