Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month Experience: 2–5 years (solar/renewable energy or B2B sales preferred)
Job Summary: We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our solar client base, generate leads, and close deals for residential/commercial solar installations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Meet with prospective clients to understand energy needs and pitch solar solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, and channel partners for referrals.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project handovers.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated on solar subsidies, government schemes, and market trends .
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and local events.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering/Business preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts (solar systems, savings, subsidies) to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings/site visits Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred
