Job Title: Logistics Manager
Location: Sihora, Madhya Pradesh
Department: Logistics & Dispatch
Experience: 5–8 Years (Mining / Iron Ore / Steel / Cement Industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics of iron ore, concentrates, and raw materials.
- Coordinate vehicle placement, dispatch, and transportation with transporters.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers and ports.
- Prepare dispatch documents, e-way bills, weighbridge records, and invoices coordination.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation expenses.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Stores, and Accounts for smooth dispatch operations.
- Track vehicle movement and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, mining, and transportation regulations.
- Maintain daily logistics MIS, dispatch reports, and transporter performance records.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, transportation, and supply chain.
- Experience in Tally/MS Excel.
- Good communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage transporters and multiple dispatches efficiently.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Preferred Industry: Iron Ore Beneficiation, Mining, Pellet Plant, Steel, Cement, or Mineral Processing.
