Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & People Operations Executive to manage employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, recruitment support, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Support payroll-related activities and employee information management.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer documentation and joining formalities.
Employee Engagement & People Operations
- Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee development activities.
- Collect employee feedback and support workplace improvement initiatives.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
Performance Management
- Support KPI tracking and employee performance review processes.
- Maintain performance records and assist in appraisal activities.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure goal alignment.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or people management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Experience in employee engagement and culture-building activities.
