HR INTERN | EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY
Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Duration: 2 - 3 Months
Reporting To: HR Head / Management
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an HR Intern to lead and support the Employee Engagement Survey project across the organization. The intern will be responsible for managing the survey lifecycle from design and deployment to analysis and presentation of findings, while ensuring employee participation and confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop the Employee Engagement Survey questionnaire in consultation with Management.
- Conduct research and recommend best practices for measuring employee engagement.
- Administer and manage the survey process across the organization.
- Drive employee participation and track response rates.
- Coordinate communication related to the survey rollout.
- Compile, validate, and analyze survey responses.
- Identify key trends, concerns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations summarizing survey findings.
- Present key insights and recommendations to Management.
- Assist in developing action plans based on survey outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Interest in employee engagement, organizational development, and workplace culture.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with survey tools such as Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis.
- Presentation preparation and reporting skills.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake any other assignments, projects, or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time in line with business requirements.
