Duties & Responsibilities: • Process intercompany cost recharges accurately and in a timely manner. • Process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring correct GL coding, cost allocation, and tax • treatment. • Managed the process of issuing invoices. • Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly VAT returns in compliance with applicable regulations. • Manage the creation and maintenance of fixed assets in the asset register. • Calculate and post monthly depreciation for fixed assets. • Import, review, and reconcile monthly corporate credit card transactions. • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure accurate financial records and compliance. • Book banks transactions and FX deals in the local ERP. • Prepare and book the costs and revenue accruals. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. • Prior experience or knowledge of the maritime industry is an advantage. • Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and VAT. • Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel. • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a multi-entity environment.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
