About the Role
BricksToHome Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, mentor sales professionals, and contribute directly to business expansion through strategic sales initiatives and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring target achievement.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Support team members in client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits as required.
- Participate in weekend site visits and customer engagement activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely lead management, follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into successful transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth initiatives and market expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and attend weekend site visits as per business requirements.
