- Greet and welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and take accurate orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with service standards
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of dining areas
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Process bills and payments accurately, where applicable
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet
