Accounts Payable Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities
* Verify, process, and maintain vendor invoices and payment records
* Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and reimbursements
* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
* Maintain accurate accounting documentation and reports
* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for payment-related queries
* Assist in monthly closing activities and audit requirements
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
* Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Good communication and coordination abilities

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
