Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineer to oversee and manage real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, contractor management, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per approved drawings and standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of civil and structural works.
Quality Control
- Maintain construction quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work at site.
- Ensure proper material usage and workmanship quality.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate with procurement and store departments for material availability.
- Review BOQ, estimates, and project drawings.
- Support project planning and budgeting activities.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all safety guidelines and site regulations are followed.
- Maintain compliance with local construction standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct safety checks and site audits regularly.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise junior engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, and contractor management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
