Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PLC Panel Wiring Technician with an Electrical background who has hands-on experience in PLC panel wiring and control panel assembly. The ideal candidate should be able to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, perform accurate panel wiring, and troubleshoot electrical circuits while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out wiring and assembly of PLC, MCC, PCC, and electrical control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and single-line diagrams (SLD).
- Install and wire PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, relays, contactors, MCBs, terminal blocks, SMPS, sensors, and other electrical components.
- Perform cable routing, ferruling, crimping, lugging, and cable dressing.
- Test, inspect, and troubleshoot control panel wiring before dispatch or commissioning.
- Ensure all wiring is completed as per electrical drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers during panel assembly and testing.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC panel wiring or electrical control panel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical wiring practices.
- Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and schematic drawings is mandatory.
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as multimeters and continuity testers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
