AVP – Marketing & Enrolment Growth

About the Role:
The Shri Ram Universal School, Chennai is seeking an experienced and strategic AVP – Marketing & Enrolment Growth to lead initiatives that drive student admissions, strengthen the school's brand presence, and accelerate enrolment growth. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing high-performing sales and/or marketing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure high performance.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, brand-building initiatives, community outreach, and promotional events.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, residential communities, preschools, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion metrics and optimize the admissions funnel.
- Collaborate with school leadership to develop growth strategies and enhance parent engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions, marketing performance, and business outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Education/School Management OR 8+ years of experience leading Sales and/or Marketing teams in Non-Education industries.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving business growth targets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in stakeholder management, partnerships, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
