Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition for our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development (L&D) services. This role focuses on identifying organizations with hiring and employee development needs, pitching end-to-end solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target organizations with hiring (TA) and employee upskilling/reskilling (L&D) needs
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms like LinkedIn
- Pitch recruitment solutions (permanent hiring, contract staffing, RPO) and L&D programs (training, workshops, leadership development)
- Understand client requirements and design customized service proposals
- Build relationships with HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs, and business leaders
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal TA and L&D delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM tools
- Stay updated on hiring trends, skill gaps, and corporate training needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or training services)
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and/or Learning & Development solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn-based prospecting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
