Job Description
Overall Job Description:
Responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end HR Shared Services operations of onshore ensuring high-quality, compliant, and SLA-driven support across the employee lifecycle. The role combines operational excellence, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making to enhance service delivery and stakeholder experience.
Accountable for managing a team of HR professionals, driving process efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless execution of core HR functions including onboarding, employee data management, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee query resolution.
Plays a key role in governance and performance management through regular reporting, analytics, and audits, while actively identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation. Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align HR service delivery with business needs and ensures effective communication, compliance, and continuous improvement across all HR operations.
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will work closely with members of the HR (both onshore and offshore) and internal support teams to:

Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee changes, leave management, and separations.

Process HR transactions with high accuracy.

Support payroll activities by collecting and validating input data.

Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution
-
Maintain and update employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance
-
Update trackers, HR systems, and documentation management systems (DMS) regularly
-
Ensure proper documentation of processes and maintain knowledge base articles
-
Generate standard HR reports as per defined requirements
-
Support preparation of ad-hoc reports and basic HR analytics
-
Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and compliance guidelines
-
Participate in team huddles, meetings, and process discussions
-
Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation (MoM)
-
Prepare and publish monthly scorecard reports to track performance metrics and service delivery
-
Participate in monthly scorecard discussions and provide insights on performance and improvement areas

Assist Team lead to provide monthly operational updates (OM updates) to stakeholders
Qualifications, Work Experience:

1–2 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, or shared services environment

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Word for data management, reporting, and documentation

Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes within an HR Shared Services setup
Desirable

Bachelor’s degree or Human Resources

Prior experience in HR Operations or within a Shared Services environment

Hands-on experience working with HR systems in a business environment

Exposure to HR operations for AUS or European regions, with awareness of regional compliance and process requirements
Knowledge
(Languages, IT skills etc.)
