We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales leadership capabilities, excellent team management skills, and hands-on experience in developing customer relationships and expanding market presence within the construction or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across builders, contractors, and project segments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Manage customer negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Ensure achievement of collection targets and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Travel regularly to customer locations and project sites as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Prior experience in building materials / construction industry preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
