This is a full-time, on-site Planning Engineer role based in Kochi, Kerala. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating the master project schedule for the construction of the DoubleTree by Hilton Kochi.
The role involves preparing baseline programmes, monitoring project progress, identifying delays and critical path activities, coordinating with consultants, contractors, the Project Management Consultant (PMC), and the client team to ensure timely project delivery.
The successful candidate will prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, track milestones, analyse schedule variances, support recovery planning, and provide management with accurate project controls and forecasting. The role requires close collaboration with site execution teams to ensure that construction activities remain aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
