Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Officer to promote and process pre-approved personal loan offers for eligible customers. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining loan offers, converting leads into applications, and ensuring successful loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls, regarding pre-approved personal loan offers.
- Explain loan amount, interest rate, tenure, eligibility, repayment terms, and other applicable conditions clearly to customers.
- Generate interest and convert eligible leads into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
- Assist customers with required documentation and KYC formalities
- Maintain regular follow-ups to achieve monthly loan application and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding the loan process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
