Job Summary
Nestora Commercial Interiors is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while supporting basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, coordination, and hands-on knowledge of Tally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and accounts teams.
- Maintain office records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor staff attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with vendors and support procurement activities.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
- Perform basic accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
- Record Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries in Tally.
- Assist with invoice preparation and basic GST-related documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow across departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Administration or Office Management.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,799.71 - ₹20,341.19 per month
