We’re Hiring – Relationship Manager (True Value – Maruti Suzuki)
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of pre-owned cars (True Value segment of Maruti Suzuki)
- Field visit and generate leads through field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and price negotiations
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with evaluation and documentation teams for smooth deal closure
- Handle end-to-end sales process including booking, finance coordination, and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Participate in promotional activities, field marketing, and events
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Automobile
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Best in Industry)
Pay: ₹12,012.00 - ₹36,523.87 per month
