KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence through scalable systems and structured workflows.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Lead automation and workflow enhancement projects.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and legal regulations.
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations management.
- Proven experience in leadership and large-scale operational management.
