Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Scientific Marketing Manager to work closely with Chief Marketing Officer in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
As a Scientific Marketing Manager, your key tasks include:
- Understanding the functioning of Medical Affairs (MA) and how it provides medical and scientific support to countries, then crafting clear plans to leverage this support—partnering with marketing colleagues and country leadership—to build brands and categories.
- Building and executing integrated medico-marketing plans with MA and key stakeholder countries to strengthen Mega’s expert perception across select categories.
- Developing and overseeing advisory boards, coordinating meetings, steering white-paper development, ensuring marketing and positioning messages are incorporated into CME decks, and building influence with local bodies through advisory board members.
- Working closely with MA on clinical studies, Post-Marketing Surveillance (PMS), and real-world studies to translate evidence into compelling, compliant brand positioning and marketing messages.
- Converting scientific outputs into high-quality marketing materials that elevate brand credibility and adoption.
- Facilitating the planning and flawless execution of Mega international meets for KOLs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and team members.

- Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or MBBS with a postgraduate qualification such as MBA Marketing preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry across Sales and Product Management (PMT)
The candidate will exhibit a self-driven, service-oriented mindset and strong team collaboration. The candidate will showcase creative problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to form a complete picture even with incomplete data. The candidate should bring a solid scientific foundation to engage confidently with doctors and KOLs, and have hands-on experience managing advisory boards and international symposia. The candidate should possess proficiency in digital marketing tools, emerging AI models, and IT systems, and apply expertise in pharmacology, pharmaceutics, and physiology to translate evidence into credible, compliant narratives that drive expert endorsement and brand growth.
