Role & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finalization of books of accounts in accordance with Indian GAAP.

You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information required for monthly financial closing activities.

You will be responsible for preparing and posting journal vouchers (JVs) accurately and within defined timelines.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.

You will be responsible for supporting internal and external audit processes by providing required financial information, schedules, and explanations.

You will be responsible for preparing month-end reports, including FC42/FC43 lease reports, stock statements, and other statutory or management reports.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting continuous process improvements within the accounting function.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP; exposure to Ind AS will be an added advantage.

Experience in month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit support.

Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work within strict reporting timelines.
