Position Details:
Role: Admission Ambassador/ Enrollment Advisor
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Mulund, MumbaiWorking Days: 6 days working (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) 1 weekly off in a week.Key ResponsibilitiesParent Engagement & Admissions Support
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective parents.
- Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct effective counseling sessions through in-person meetings, phone calls, virtual meetings, and emails.
- Address parent queries and FAQs professionally and accurately.
- Encourage prospective parents to complete pre-application forms and schedule campus tours.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective families throughout the admission journey.
Admission Conversion & Counseling
- Guide parents through each stage of the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct engaging and informative campus tours as per school protocols.
- Build strong relationships with parents through personalized counseling and advisory support.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve and maintain admission conversion targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in admission decision processes in alignment with school policies.
Events & Relationship Management
- Support and execute admission events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless admission operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the admissions team.
Administrative & CRM Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and ERP systems.
- Regularly update student inquiry and admission data.
- Stay informed about school policies, program updates, and admission guidelines.
- Support general school administrative activities and events as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in consultative sales, admissions counseling, relationship management, customer engagement, or advisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and counseling abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with parents and families.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems and digital communication tools.
- Passion for education and student success.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
