*Requirements:*

* 1–3 years experience in fundraising/sales/marketing (ngo experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Persuasion and negotiation ability
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Target-driven and self-motivated
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
