We are expanding our footprint and looking for a strategic leader to command our South Mumbai sales and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Operations: Manage end-to-end sales, client onboarding, and support functions.
- Drive Revenue: Own the South Mumbai commercial leasing and sales targets.
- Manage Teams: Guide, mentor, and track the performance of on-ground teams.
- Monitor CRM: Maintain strict discipline in funnel tracking, conversions, and dashboards.
- Close Deals: Directly engage in high-value negotiations with corporate clients.
- Solve Problems: Use data-driven insights to resolve bottlenecks in daily execution.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 10–15 years of total experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Leadership: Minimum 4–5 years managing regional/city-level sales and cross-functional teams.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing is preferred.
- Alternative Industries: We welcome leaders from Co-working, Corporate Facility Management, Business Centers, Retail Leasing, or high-involvement B2B services.
- Tech Savvy: Strong command over CRM tools and analytical dashboards.
- Education: Graduate or MBA in Business Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
