We are looking for a reliable Computer Operator / Data Entry Specialist to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and data management systems. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary.
- Maintain organized digital records and files.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data safety and security.
- Generate reports and summaries when required.
- Coordinate with team members to collect and manage required information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client data.
- Assist with basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
- Monitor and manage computer systems to ensure smooth operation.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of data management.
