About Mulehunter.ai & Why This Role Matters
Mulehunter.ai is an advanced AI/ML-based platform designed to detect mule accounts across the banking ecosystem. Rolling this platform out for banking institutions requires tight, seamless coordination across technology, data, compliance, and partner-bank stakeholders.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end program delivery of the Mulehunter.ai setup. Operating out of our Mumbai office, you will drive timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment to ensure that our infrastructure, data engineering, machine learning modeling, and risk operations converge into a single, perfectly on-track program.
What You Will Work On
- Overall program management for Mulehunter.ai onboarding and rollout—covering master planning, corporate governance, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and tracking delivery across all core technical and operational workstreams.
What You Will Do
- Program Planning: Define, implement, and maintain the overarching program plan, master milestones, RACI matrix, and complex technical dependency maps for the platform rollout.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate efficiently across internal engineering, data science, risk, compliance, and operations teams, alongside key external stakeholders (partner banks, technology providers, and regulators).
- Delivery Tracking: Track ongoing delivery against agreed milestones, proactively identify timeline slippages, drive immediate course-corrections, and clear technical/operational blockers.
- Risk & Issue Governance: Manage program-level risks, cross-team dependencies, and critical decisions; maintain a highly structured risk log and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare high-quality governance updates, steering committee decks, performance status reports, and comprehensive minutes of meetings.
- Resource Optimization: Drive internal resource planning, hiring, and onboarding for incoming data science, engineering, EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence), and reporting teams.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure the program strictly adheres to necessary institutional security, financial compliance, and audit requirements throughout the execution lifecycle.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's / PGDM preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years of overall experience, with at least 4–5 years spent specifically in program/project management within BFSI, fintech, fraud/AML, or complex enterprise technology rollouts.
- Stakeholder Capability: Proven capability to handle multi-stakeholder ecosystems involving commercial banks, technical IT vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Methodologies & Frameworks: Deep working knowledge of standard project management tools, corporate governance frameworks, and executive reporting structures.
- Technical Comfort: Comfort participating in technical discussions involving data pipelines, ML model deployment, APIs, and secure IT infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, formal documentation, and relationship-management skills.

- On-Time Rollouts: Mulehunter.ai platforms are successfully set up and active for client banks within agreed timelines and premium quality benchmarks.
- Aligned Workstreams: Disparate technical and business workstreams remain tightly aligned, dependencies are caught early, and deployment risks are actively mitigated.
- Seamless Governance: Executive steering committees and governance forums receive transparent, accurate, and actionable updates with decisions tracked cleanly to closure.
Pay: ₹10,919.63 - ₹41,972.68 per month
