Dreamiens Wealth Management Private Limited is a growing financial services firm specializing in wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, and financial planning solutions. We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Assistant Investment Managers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans.
- Coordinate team activities and ensure effective execution of assigned tasks.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
- Support and oversee HR-related activities as required.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal compliance requirements.
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads to support business growth.
- Assist in achieving branch and organizational targets.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, and related financial products.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools is preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the investment, wealth management, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
