Job Description
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and versatile Graphic Designer who will also serve as a Student Mentor at our Pandikkad Campus.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our training programs while mentoring and inspiring students who are interested in Graphic Designing and digital creativity. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and enjoys sharing knowledge to help students build their creative careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials, social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations, and other digital and print assets.
- Develop visual content that supports our education and training programs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Mentor and guide students in Graphic Design concepts, software tools, and creative best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback on student projects and encourage creative thinking.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to create impactful visual communication.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
