Maduras Herbals Pvt Ltd is seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the herbals and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand both B2B and B2C customer base to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to improve performance
- Utilize CRM tools and relevant software to track sales activities and optimize processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
- Willingness to travel for business needs
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹2.16 to ₹2.40 Lakh per annum
