Area Manager – QSR (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage and oversee operations of multiple QSR outlets within the assigned region.
- Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Monitor daily business performance and drive revenue growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular outlet audits and operational reviews.
- Analyze P&L, food cost, labor cost, and other key business metrics.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and restaurant teams.
- Ensure optimal staffing, manpower planning, and employee productivity.
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
- Monitor inventory management, wastage control, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for local store marketing and promotional activities.
- Lead new store openings, staff deployment, and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, labor, and safety regulations.
- Implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct performance reviews and succession planning for key team members.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Projects, Training, and Marketing teams.
- Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
- Submit periodic business reports, audits, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure consistent guest experience across all outlets.
- Support business expansion and scale-up initiatives across the region.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduation Compulsory
- 5–10 years of experience in QSR, Café or Restaurant Operations.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and team leadership.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
