We are looking for a confident and articulate Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and promoting products or services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to present products/services
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and policies
- Maintain a daily call log and update customer information in the CRM
- Follow up on leads and scheduled call-backs
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales or call targets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required]
- Fluency in [English / local language] — both spoken and clear pronunciation
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Patient, persuasive, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
